Do we need to empty desks and filing cabinets first?

Yes, please. Clear out papers and personal items first. Anything with private information should be shredded or locked away before the crew arrives.

Do you take computers and electronics?

Yes. Monitors, computers, printers and copiers go on the truck. We don't wipe hard drives or destroy data, so take care of that before we come.

Do you take cubicles?

Yes. Panels that are already taken apart are simple. If they're still put together, tell us when you call and we'll tell you what's needed.

How is it priced?

We walk the space with you and give you one firm price for the whole job, based on how much room it takes in the truck. You approve it before we start.

When can the crew work?

Crews work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm. Tell us when the space is open and about any building rules, and we'll plan the visit around them.

Can you work with our landlord or building manager?

Yes. Tell us who to coordinate with and we'll work around their timeline.

How long does an office cleanout take?

It depends on the size of the space and how much is in it. We'll tell you what to expect once we see it, and bigger offices can take more than one day.

What happens to everything?

We look at what you have and decide where each item needs to go. Some things are recycled, some are donated, and the rest is disposed of responsibly. Want something donated? Tell us and we'll try to match it with a donation center. What a center accepts is up to them.
