Does the pool need to be drained first?

Yes. The pool should be drained before the crew arrives. Tell us when you call if there's still water in it.

Do you take the liner, pump and ladder too?

Yes. The liner, the walls, the frame, the pump, the filter and the ladder all go with us, once any electrical is disconnected.

Can you take the deck around the pool too?

Yes. A pool deck can come down in the same job. Tell us when you call and it goes into the quote.

What has to happen before you start?

Any water, gas or electric connected to what's coming out has to be shut off and capped by a licensed plumber or electrician first. We don't do utility work, and we don't start until it's confirmed off. If a utility service is being shut off, we also need written confirmation from the utility before we start.

How is demolition priced?

On site, after we walk the job. It depends on the size, materials, access and how much there is to haul. You get one firm price before we start, and it only changes if the scope does.

Do you haul it all away?

Yes. Every demolition job includes the haul away. The same crew tears it down, loads it and takes it with us. No dumpster and no separate hauler.
