Do I need to empty the shed first?

No. We take the contents along with the shed. If there's anything you're keeping, pull it out first or tell us.

Can you take a shed that is rotted or falling down?

Yes. Old, rotted sheds are some of the most common jobs we get.

How long does it take?

A standard garden shed usually takes one to two hours. Bigger sheds or a lot of contents can take three to four.

Can you take out the concrete pad too?

Yes, as an add-on. Concrete is priced separately because it's heavier work. Mention it when you call and we'll include it in the quote.

What has to happen before you start?

Any water, gas or electric connected to what's coming out has to be shut off and capped by a licensed plumber or electrician first. We don't do utility work, and we don't start until it's confirmed off.
