Will the crew judge me or my family?

No. The crew is there to do a job, not to judge a situation. They work professionally and without commentary.

Can we do it in stages?

Yes. Bigger homes often take more than one day, and some families want a day between visits to go through belongings. We plan for that from the start.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

Not for a hoarding cleanout. A packed small home and a lightly packed big one are completely different jobs, so we walk the property first and then give you a firm price. You approve it before we start.

I'm calling for a parent or relative. Is that okay?

Yes. Tell us when you call. We can coordinate with family members, and estate and probate situations are something we handle.

What happens to everything?

We look at what you have and decide where each item needs to go. Some things are recycled, some are donated, and the rest is disposed of responsibly. Want something donated? Tell us and we'll try to match it with a donation center. What a center accepts is up to them.
