What do I need to do before you come?

Drain the tub and switch off its 220V breaker. We don't do electrical disconnects, and we check for power ourselves before anyone cuts. If you're not sure the circuit is off, have an electrician confirm it.

What if it won't fit through my gate?

A hot tub usually won't clear a side gate in one piece, so we cut it into sections where it sits. It's the normal way we do it.

Can you get it off a raised deck?

Yes. If any decking has to come off for access, we point it out and price it before we start, not after.

Do you take the cover and the steps too?

Yes. The tub, the cover, the steps and the equipment all go on the same truck.

How is it priced?

Every tub and every setup is different, so the crew gives you a firm price on site before any work starts. You approve it first.

Can you come today?

Same-day is often available if you call before 3pm, Monday to Saturday. Otherwise we get you on the schedule for the next opening with a 2 hour arrival window.
