What if it is bent or storm damaged?

Tell us what shape it's in when you call. We look at it at the quote and tell you what's involved before we start.

What has to happen before you start?

Any water, gas or electric connected to what's coming out has to be shut off and capped by a licensed plumber or electrician first. We don't do utility work, and we don't start until it's confirmed off. If a utility service is being shut off, we also need written confirmation from the utility before we start.

Can you take out the concrete pad too?

Yes, as an add-on. Concrete is priced separately because it's heavier work. Mention it when you call and we'll include it in the quote.

How is demolition priced?

On site, after we walk the job. It depends on the size, materials, access and how much there is to haul. You get one firm price before we start, and it only changes if the scope does.
