Before you call
How does a mobile home job start?
With an on-site quote. We look at the size, condition and access, and give you a firm price before anything starts.
What has to happen before you start?
Any water, gas or electric connected to what's coming out has to be shut off and capped by a licensed plumber or electrician first. We don't do utility work, and we don't start until it's confirmed off.
Does it need an asbestos inspection first?
Often yes, and on some jobs it is required by law, which depends on why the structure is coming down. Where it applies, a notification has to be filed with the county or the state at least ten working days before we can start. You arrange the inspection and we will not schedule until it is done. We do not do asbestos work of any kind.
How long does it take?
A single wide usually takes one to two days. A double wide is usually two to four, depending on condition and access.
Can you clear out what is inside first?
Yes. We can clear the contents as a separate step or as part of the same job. Tell us when you call.
Can you take out the concrete pad too?
Yes, as an add-on. Concrete is priced separately because it's heavier work. Mention it when you call and we'll include it in the quote.
Ready to clear the lot?
Free on-site estimate. No obligation. Firm price before we touch a thing.
